Digital Air Station for a New-Energy Company in Hangzhou
Project Background
The New Energy Industry in Hangzhou faced the challenge of achieving a digital and green transformation in line with government directives to promote green manufacturing. The industry required a compression air station that could meet the high standards of energy efficiency and environmental protection, particularly for the production of lithium-ion batteries and battery systems. The station needed to be capable of providing high-quality, oil-free compressed air to support the production process.
Solution
Equipment: SIND SILVERLUBE-VPM series PM VSD screw compressors
SIND provided a customised digital and intelligent compression air station for the New Energy Industry in Hangzhou. The station was designed to meet the Grade-1 energy efficiency standard, with an overall transmission efficiency of 55.4%. The system includes a combination of centrifugal and oil-free screw compressors, along with corresponding post-treatment equipment. The station was installed and supervised by SIND to ensure it met the specific needs of the client's production process. The system was tested according to GB/T 16665-2017 and T/CGMA03001-2018 standards and received certification from a national authority.
Results
The SIND compression air station achieved an overall transmission efficiency of 55.4%, a 16% improvement over the previous system. The station also met the ISO8573-1 Class 0 standard for oil-free and clean compressed air. The station's output pressure was stable, and the quality of the compressed air was higher, leading to better energy efficiency and reduced carbon emissions. The station's operation was managed through AI and digital technologies, ensuring reliable and efficient performance. The successful implementation of the station has set a new benchmark for the industry, contributing to the sustainable development of the New Energy Industry in Hangzhou.
